Well really that's not the point of this blog post. The real point of this blog post is to give you a glimpse of how i'm training and what i'm doing in the gym.
If you're not familiar with Nate Green check out his blog here great stuff and is a big inspiration to young guys like myself. Anyway back to the pizzoint Nate designed a progam called "Built For Show". A basic but effective seasonal approach to strength training and weightlifting. I'm currently doing the "Fall Phase" not surprisingly I like to go with the changes of the season.
Anyway if you haven't checked it out I urge you to check it out for those like myself who needed some guidance on what to do inside the gym.
